Wow, this game just crashed on me. That's the first time it's happened to me on my PS4. Luckily it autosaves :)

That's disappointing. Only games I've had crash on me on that console were Ether One (twice), and Broforce once, though that game is such a mess it's a wonder it didn't crash more often!

The only game I've ever had an issue with that I know was a HUGE problem was that Doki Doki Universe....I got to a point in the game where I literally couldn't move....pretty much broke the game (but didn't crash). I restarted it and finished it....to this day I still despise that game because of that.

I just wrapped this one up! It was a great entry in the series and if my backlog wasn't so large, I'd probably give it a go on Challenge Mode.

Just finished this one up while my wife and baby were taking a nap! Had a lot of fun with my first Ratchet experience...now I want to experience the other ones! I just don't know if I should play the PS3 or the other PS2 ones. Thoughts?

I'd say pick up the PS3 HD pack and then the PS3-only games and play them all :D

Although I don't think that would account for Ratchet Deadlocked, which I thought was fantastic. It's purely focused on the action sequences, so if you're like me and really enjoy that part, it's worth picking up as well.

The original 3 are great, which I think are in the HD pack. The two "Future" games are also pretty solid, as is Into the Nexus. Avoid All 4 One unless you intend to play it with friends. I tried playing it single player and was thoroughly unimpressed.
