Curious to hear about this...as much as I love the Mario Tennis series, I was super disappointed to see how bare-bones it was. Its a game I will pick up if I ever see it for 19.99 sometime. |

I've played it for about 3 hours and I'm enjoying it. The tennis itself is a lot of fun, but it really is as barebones as the reviews said it was. There's a decent amount of stuff to unlock, which you can do by completing objectives or paying with coins you earn by winning matches. It's not a $60 game, but worth a look when it drops in price (as you indicated). |

Have you ever played the Gameboy and Gameboy Advance versions of the Mario Tennis games Moho? They are two of my favorite sports games of all-time. They actually incorporate a fun story mode with light RPG aspects. A TON of fun to be had. |

Nope, I haven't played those before. I sunk a ton of time into Mario Tennis on N64. I'm adding the handheld versions to my wish list :D Have you played the 3DS version? |

I have played the 3DS version quite a bit...its really fun as well, however I was really disappointed they took out the RPG aspects that the previous handheld versions had. That being said its very cool because there is a ton of unlockable equipment that changes your stats and how your character plays. |
