I tried this game out for the first time ever and it seems kinda neat. The only issues I have right now are the camera and the sometimes shoddy framerate. I also can't seem to find the spirit bubbles very well, but I think it might be because I'm playing on an LCD TV...so for now I'll pardon it on that one.

I'm about 3.5 hours into this game and I must say, I've been pleasantly surprised. It actually seems like a fairly unique RPG with its "spirit element" system. Sure, it's simplistic and all, but I would've loved this back in the '90s. I'm not sure I will stick with it the whole way since the encounter rate is RIDICULOUS, but I'm glad I finally gave it a shot. I'll no longer just blindly assume this is / was a terrible game :P

Yeah I've played Quest before...never beat it but I played around 3.5 hours as well and it wasn't THAT bad...definitely not great by any stretch of the imagination but still playable.
