Haha interestingly enough, that's the only one on the NES I did not have. I think there were three total? Man, I played the heck out of the two I had though!

The answer is...

This game actually came with instructions on how to hook your NES up to your VCR (remember those?) to record your cartoons :D I did that and had lots of (horrible) cartoons hehe. I still have this one in the box!
