The only thing that scares me about this one is the length. I'm currently working on Final Fantasy XV and would love to jump on this one, but there's only so much time :P

Yeah I've been excited to play this one, but it looks immense, so we'll see how well that goes. Especially since I accepted 75% of the January bounties while half-asleep and hungover yesterday :P

Any idea if there's a good way to set goals for this game? I can't tell so far if there's any linearity to it or if it's just a sandbox.

In my opinion it's pretty easy to set goals for yourself once you start playing if that is how you like to play. You can set short terms goals, such as things relating to your tools and crops and you can make longer term goals for stuff like relationships.

This one worries me, but.... I'll try? (I just realized this was a current bounty, and that it went up the same day I started playing the game, so I transferred over my playtimes to the bounty playthrough. 40+ hours in, I didn't quite see starting over just because I hadn't noticed the bounty first. :P )

40+ hours!? Yikes, that means I still have a looong way to go...

I suspect my time may be longer because I'm easily distracted - "I'll go farm today and pick up shells... OOOOH, the mines are fun!.... wait, what's this new area?... oh, hey, I forgot to do this yesterday... what do you mean my day's ended??? - but this is the sort of game that I can really easily just get sucked into for hours and hours, too. I'm only into Spring of Year 2. >.<

I was so overwhelmed at first, but now I'm starting to get the hang of it. But last night was playing [not sober] and I was doing exactly what you just said lol.

I like that they let you find things on your own as you explore, but I really, really wish that all of the minigames, including fishing and seasonal festival activities, had actual in-game instructions. That's my big complaint: I shouldn't have to google "how to fish" in a game.

Yeah I did the slingshot game at the fair and couldn't for the life of me figure out what I was doing until the timer was basically up lol.

I'm up to 80 hours but I don't think I'll be done before next month. :(

I think this bounty might need to be extended since it's such a huge game :D

Finally finished with Stardew! I tried to 100% it but I couldn't. Prarie king is too hard, so I didn't have motivation to grind for the other remaining achievements. D:
