Hello, I found that when editing a completion's Playthrough Notes field, clicking Save does nothing. I would like to be able to save notes on completions I forgot to add in the first place. Thanks in advance! |

Hmm...I just tested it and it seems to be working fine for me. Here are a few questions to help me diagnose the issue a little more:

I'm using Chrome - Version 55.0.2883.87 m (64-bit). I can use the quick edit from my collection page, so modals seem to work. I can still interact with the Edit Completion modal after clicking Save, and it happens with all my completions so far. I thought it would be my installing a javascript blocker, but I tried in incognito mode and the same issue occurs. Hope that helps! |

Using the same version of chrome and I haven't run into that problem. Only thing I've noticed is when I try to save notes on a completion that sometimes there's a bit of a delay (at most 3 seconds) before the modal closes and the note actually updates. Might be a silly question, but is there a chance your javascript blocker is set to be enabled even in incognito? I doubt that it's the culprit though seeing as other site functionality and modals seem to be working fine for you. Another possibility: Are you using any special characters in your notes field? Brackets? less than/greater than, etc...? The site can be persnickety with that kind of stuff, though I've only really run into it when posting on the forums so far. |

I've tested with alphanumeric characters, with and without parentheses, nothing fancy. For some modals, there's a delay after saving for me too. Only the completion one isn't saving. I just installed Firefox to see if it is an extension issue, but it's the same behaviour as Chrome. Wait, I just noticed that the completion time is required! So I was able to create completions without a time, but when it comes to editing, it looks for a time before saving. I don't think the field should be required, since it isn't during creation, but what do you think? |

Bingo, that's it. You need a completion time for it to save properly when editing, which does indeed seem like a bug. |
