I don't suppose mobile optimization is a goal yet, but if this can be changed/fixed easily, it would improve things a lot. I also don't know if this occurs in all browsers; for things where I have to log in, I am using LastPass under Android M. In the collection screen, whether I am in portrait or landscape, the game name field is omitted, and only the icon and platform are shown. As I don't, for example, know the icons for all the Broken Sword games on sight, this isn't very useful. Would be improved by allowing horizontal scroll or showing the name instead of the platform, I think. When activating the top drop down menu, again, no labels, and the icons are tiny. I find it hard to identify them even if one has them memorized. Labels or at least bigger icons would be nice. Added Note: Request Desktop site also does not work (site displayed is identical) so maybe this is part of a screen size detection, rather than something expressly relevant to mobile devices? But then why wouldn't it change when I go to landscape? I'm a bit confused.

Mobile support is definitely something I try to provide with the site, but it can be difficult with the amount of stuff we have here ;) The Collection page will hopefully be revamped in the coming months, so I don't plan to do much on that page since it will be a complete rewrite. Mobile support on the new one will be on my list though! I'll take a look at the items you mentioned here and see if there's something I can do easily to help out. I know hiding the name was something we decided to do because they can get really long and mobile was struggling with it. |
