This is less feedback than a request for info. How does the bounty system work?

How are games chosen?
How often are new game bounties added?

I see you've got a set of Themed ones that seem to be monthly, but then a set of "Other" games that I haven't figured out the method or timing to just yet.

I really like this feature of the site and I'm just trying to figure it out :D

You're correct in that there are essentially two sets of bounties, one for our current theme and one for everything else. Themes generally last one or two months. I try to post in this thread to get feedback on the next theme and look for game suggestions within said theme.

As for the other bounties, it's sort of random as far as what I add I try to get some new releases in there, but I'll also put in some of my personal favorites (like Thief Gold) or games I happen to run across. I also sometimes put in games that I personally want to play as a motivation tool (hey, it's just one of the perks of building the site hehe). I'm always open to suggestions, be it a specific game, genre, platform, etc. I can't guarantee everything gets added and it may not be immediate, but I'll consider anything. I guess the main thing I try to do is have a nice mix of games available to encourage as many users to participate as I can.

The bounty system is still essentially on its first incarnation and there are lots of things I'd like to improve upon it. My next big task is to revamp the Collection page, but I've been thinking about maybe enhancing bounties after that.
