I will finish this game, FINALLY!! I think I'm going to use the same party I used a few years ago when I played this one:

• Male Dracon Fighter
• Female Human Valkyrie
• Male Felpurr Ranger
• Female Hobbit Rogue
• Male Faerie Mage
• Female Rawulf Priest

I'm going in completely blind. Never played any Wizardry games. But I'll let you know my party when I get it started :)

I've only played Wizardry 8, but I've made a few runs at it over the years. It's a tough game, especially when you first start out having never played the game before. I highly recommend getting used to saving your game after every encounter until you get the hang of things. It's a super long game too, so it will be a good challenge for me to see if I can stick with it

Just looked it up on HLTB and saw Story only at 92.5 hours . Time to prepare for the long haul.

I couldn't even stick with Stardew Valley during the bounty cause I got distracted lol.

Alright. Here's what I went with:

• Female Human Valkyrie
• Male Felpurr Samurai
• Male Rawulf Lord
• Female Faerie Mage
• Female Elf Bishop
• Male Elf Ranger

Also using a couple QOL mods/fixes like the Transparent Compass fix and the Wiz8Fast mod to have monsters take their turns faster.

I might check out those mods! I've always played vanilla and it's not too bad once you get used to everything. I'm going to try and finish Turok 2 and Inside, but I'm looking at the weekend of 6/24 to start my journey!

@Drymonema - I see you've played it some, what do you think so far? I'm working on Inside right now, but still hoping to start my journey this weekend

I love it! I got distracted with Inside as well to try to catch the bounty (which is amazing). And then distracted again by some VNs. But I'm stoked to continue it, and very glad you gave us until the end of the year to finish it

The Mooks in Arnika are kicking my ass. Any suggestions? Is there a lower level area I should grind first?

EDIT: Ugh. I might be setting this aside. In trying to install a mod that speeds up animations (cause the length of every encounter was starting to drive me crazy) I managed to corrupt my [20h] save.
