I completed the Boss Nass campaign and it turns out Mission 7 (The Battle for Theed) is actually a bonus mission. I pulled the list out of an FAQ, so there might be some other discrepancies, but that's the only one I've found so far. I'll update my original list just in case anyone copies it.

As a side-note, what turned out to be the final Boss Nass mission was absolutely awful. It was maybe the biggest slog I've ever had to deal with in an RTS...and I've played a lot of them! I was never in any danger of losing the mission, but the way the map is set up made it needlessly frustrating and time-consuming. It took well over three hours for that one mission alone.

Slogs aside, I'm enjoying the game quite a bit. It's essentially an Age of Empires II mod, but I knew that going in and I have no issues with it.
