I have this game but I don't think I can get it to run on Windows 10. I haven't tried but I couldn't get it to run on XP years ago so I doubt it works on 10. I really enjoyed this game and I never did beat it. Any tips on how to get older PC games to run on newer systems?

In my opinion, the best way to play older PC games on newer hardware is to just buy the GOG version. Obviously they only have a fraction of the thousands of older PC games, but they have a pretty nice selection and a lot of the heavy hitters. The GOG version of Silver seems to work fine for me on Windows 10. I actually played this game for bit on Windows 7 a few years ago and while I enjoyed it, I think I prefer the Dreamcast version just due to the controls. I seem to recall having to hit the CTRL key for something and it was really awkward, but I could be wrong on that. Pretty fun game though
