I know we have some horror fans here, so let's do some giveaways! This one is for The Suffering and it will be provided as a GOG key. I haven't played this game before, but from what I understand, it provides you some choices throughout the game to become "good" or "evil". This is interesting because you play a prison inmate and not a typical RPG character, which is where you tend to see the whole good / evil thing.

With that in mind, to enter this giveaway, simply list out some movies, TV shows, or video games that have similarly "conflicted" characters or perhaps even anti-heroes (my favorite kind!) You have until 11:59:59PM EST 10/15/17 to enter. I'll randomly select a winner from those that respond here.

Game - Dark Forces 2: Jedi Knight: you play as the mercenary Kyle Katarn. In order to avenge his father's death, he has to evolve his latent Force skills. Depending on your actions and decisions during the game, you can develop skills to either the Light or Dark Side, even having different endings depending on the side you chose.

Game - Sleeping Dogs: you play as Wei Shen, an undercover cop in Hong Kong, in order to infiltrate a triad organization. You have to do police missions so as crimes in order to prove yourself to the triad. Depending on how you execute those missions, you can earn more skills and affinity to one of those sides.

Character - The Punisher: I didn't read the comics, but I feel the character on the Netflix series is very conflicted. Fighting crime organizations but also looking for personal revenge, and doing all of this on his own not-so-peaceful way...

  • The Fable series
  • Black and White
  • Mass Effect (though its not really evil, it's just nice guy / asshole)

Like Dark Forces, InFamous has the whole develop your skills and turn into a badass hero, or an evil dick, depending on what skills you end up using. The evil skills were always the more fun ones to use too, imho

Video game punisher: aka Max Payne is pretty much a solid choice for anti-hero

I feel as though Wreck it Ralph sums up this whole thing but I did list games anyway

Games where you choose to be good or bad:
- Old Republic
- Pretty much every Telltale Game
- Elder Scrolls
- GTA (maybe)
- The Sims

Games where the protagonist is evil
- Escapists
- Saints Row
- Payday
- Rampage
- Slient Hill

I didn't know I'd be mentioning this game so soon, but pretty much every character who isn't Clementine in The Walking Dead, Season 1. Particularly Lee.
