I like it so far. I'm a big fan of turn-based-battle RPGs with plenty of exploration, so this is right up my alley. I'm (mostly) underwhelmed with the story(ies) so far, but I've only finished the second chapter of half of the characters so far, so I'm probably just working through the stuff establishing the characters and the like. I'm assuming the stories will all tie together later on, and the story will pick up at that time. That's just nitpicking, though. The gameplay is fun enough where I don't need a strong story to want to keep playing. Overall, though, I like it quite a bit. What are your thoughts so far? |

I love the game. Nearly done with it now at 66 hours in. I've finished all of the character stories and now I'm leveling up my less-used four members before tackling the hidden final dungeon. |

I took a break from the game for about a week, but I'm getting back into it now. I really like the graphics / style and the battle system. I know many didn't care for the story structure, meaning you have eight individual stories rather than one big one, but I don't mind it too much. The problem I have is the stories just aren't terribly interesting to me. The dialogue feels like it drags on and while I like some of the characters' stories (H'annit and Olberic, for example), I'm starting to get bored with the story overall. I've completed everyone's second chapter and the third chapter for three characters, but I'm not sure I'll make it all the way through the final dungeon. I might wrap up my main character (H'annit) and call it a day, not sure yet. There are so many great games coming out soon, I feel like I'm under the gun now |
