So...I have a dilemma. I joined this community to track my collection and spur me on to finish some games. I am not someone who achievement hunts a lot. I will do it for a game I love. So how do I classify a game that has 100% completion but not all achievements. I know it’s a niche case but I think there should be three tiers of completion not two. Finished - Completed - Mastered or something like that. How does everyone else catagagorize games. Is a game completed to you if you don’t have all the trophies? |

For me, I think it depends on the game you're dealing with. If a game has achievements that are geared towards exploring the game and seeing everything it has to offer, then I would probably consider it Completionated if I managed to get all achievements. But if it's a game that has a bunch of achievements that are pure grinding or online-only (like say, "play x matches online"), then I would consider not factoring them into my decision on whether it's "Completionated" or just "Finished". Ultimately though, it's up to each user to utilize the statuses however they feel works best and they're most comfortable with |
