As part of today's release, you should now start seeing a new notification with the bell icon in the header when a new article is published.

This is sort of a placeholder for future "content" notifications, so I'm piloting it for now and welcome any feedback you all might have. The way it currently works is for a certain period of time after an article is published, it will show up in your notifications. If you click on the notification and / or view the article on your own accord, it will no longer show up.

If I continue down this path with other items, I plan to add an "x" icon or something so you can just dismiss them instead of having to actually click into something. Furthermore, I could potentially add a account setting for whether you even want to see them at all. But let's see how things go first
