I don't know if I'm late to the party learning about this, but Archive.org just bulked up their DOS Games archive. They're even playable in browser with DOSBox.

That's pretty sweet. There was a big dump on another less legit "archival" site of sorts with a metric boatload of old DOS games not too long ago. Not sure if it's still around or not. This looks to be about the same number of games (~7k) so I bet it's from the same dump.
