Hello, I'd like to get your (and perhaps others') thoughts on adding a new status. As I've been putting my collection together, I find myself wanting to differentiate between games I retired after significant play and games I simply tried and gave up on. This is how I've been using the statuses and where I think Tried could fit: Incomplete - haven't played or haven't beaten Thoughts? Or other ways to categorize? |

You could use Tags or Notes alongside Retired or Never Playing for more meticulous categorization. You can filter your collection with Tags. |

Ah thank you! I think that could work. Is there a way to filter out by tag (i.e. show items that do NOT have this tag)? |

Hrm, no I don't think there currently is. What use case were you thinking of that would need this? There might be a different way to approach it using the existing filter mechanics |

So if I filter by the Retired status and go through and tag games as 'Tried', filtering out all games with that tag would let me see if I missed any. Otherwise right now I'm thinking that I may need to double check each individual one, and that would compound if I start using a couple tags per status and want to see if everything has a tag. |

Yeah, if there were no other tags besides "Tried" in your retired games, then you could use the filter by "No Tags" option towards the bottom right of the filter menu, but that will only work if there are no other tags besides 'Tried'. Otherwise, I can't really think of a good way to do what you're looking for without checking everything individually. |

Oh perfect, I completely missed that option. At this point I'm not concerned with filtering out specific tags, filtering by tag and then filtering what has no tags is just what I needed. Thank you!
