If you can only narrow it down to a few, that is ok, but do your best. :-) |

For me, I think that this is a dead heat between two classics.... The Legend of Zelda and Metal Gear Solid. These games were both years ahead of their time in an industry where a couple of years sees quantum leaps in technology and execution. These two games both represented a lot of firsts in the industry. and will go down as classics. |

Favorite of all time? Probably Final Fantasy 3 (SNES) / Final Fantasy VI (PS) or The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (N64). |

This is a tough one and I'd really have to think about it to truly answer it. But off the top of my head, I would say these are in the conversation:

I'd say Castlevania: Symphony of the Night is definitely on my top 10 list as well. I've finished it so many times. |

Rumor has it that there will be a Symphony of the Night 2 shown at E3... |

Let's hope that it's a similar style type game to the first and not something similar to games like Lords of Shadow and such. Not that those are bad games, but I want it to be in the same style as the first. |

999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors for the DS. Great puzzles, intense and daunting atmosphere, and the plot twist was absolutely phenomenal. |

Super Mario 64 (N64), Super Mario Bros 3 (NES), Super Mario Bros (NES) are three of my all time favorites. |

Chrono Trigger hands down. Unless it's the ps1 version, in which case it can go die in a fire along with it's atrocious loading times. |

If I was on a desert island and could only bring one game... Wing Commander II. Super Mario World if I could get a second game. |

Well, surely you've played Mario Brothers 3, right? If not you've missed out on a great game for the past 25 years! |

Haha, I have played Super Mario Bros. 3! Many times, in fact :D But I have not completed Planescape: Torment, Fallout 3, Chrono Trigger, or 999, all of which I would really like to play. |

@ChocoboRacer I'm so glad to see 999 getting some love! That game is absolutely phenomenal, definitely in my top 10. The Nintendo 64 HEAVILY influenced my childhood and for those reasons Super Mario 64 and the Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time are probably co-number 1's for me. |

If by favorite you mean the game that I keep coming back to year after year it's Planescape: Torment. That game is everything I love about gaming and I try to play it at least once every other year. If, however, you mean the most fun I've had playing a game, it has to go to Super Mario World. I know SB3 perfected the formula, was groundbreaking and all of that but for sheer fun, I'd say SMW because of the music and Yoshi. |

I apparently really need to pickup Planescape: Torment. I somehow missed playing it when it came out. Guess I'll be hitting up GOG. |
