If you're having stability issues on the PC version it is probably because 1: you have directx12 enabled, turn it off. 2: you have more than 4 cpu cores, you can turn these off with the set affinity command in the task manager or with Ryzen Master if you have an AMD Ryzen cpu (not sure about intel's equivalent).
