After watching countless hours of Phineas and Ferb I am now convinced that Completionator is a uniquely successful nefarious contraption that Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz and his company "Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated" created to take over the tri-state area. The dead giveaway being that all his contraptions end with the "inator" or in this case the "ionator" suffix.
