Hey all, just a quick feature request as I didn't see anyway to do it.

I think it would be awesome to add a feature to change a games status to, "now playing" when you create a new playthrough as well as an option to remove it from, "now playing" when you finish a playthrough or create a completion.

Please let me know if I am just being dumb and didn't see a way to do this otherwise. Or it is too difficult to implement at this time.

When adding / editing a game in your collection, there should be a "Now Playing" checkbox that might work for you. I've contemplated retiring this field since the site has moved more towards just relying on playthroughs to determine "now playing", but I don't think it's going anywhere anytime soon

Also, the Now Playing section on your Profile page pulls in all active playthroughs.

Sorry if I was unclear about my previous request, I know that there is a checkbox that shows, "now playing" I was just wondering if it would be possible to have a playthrough be able to change the status of it when you start and stop a play through. Similar to how it already does this with the backlog feature
