Finished Strife this morning! Thought it had some neat ideas. I liked the "RPG"-like systems. The weapons were pretty cool. Traveling in a mostly-seamless world and even having some optional levels to get better gear was a nice idea for the time. I felt the game was a bit "much" at times if that makes any sense, and towards end game a single enemy hit would make me use up like 10 of my health packs at once. Thank goodness that system was in place. I might try it again down the road to get the rest of the achievements, but at the end of the day I'll prefer Heretic and Blood.
