Hello everyone, I am a recent user of Completionator and have been enjoying using the platform to manage my video game collection. However, I've run into an issue that I'm hoping to get some help with. Yesterday, I imported several games into different collections, but today, I decided to revert some of those changes and remove certain games. When I try to delete games individually, I receive the following error message: "This game is part of a compilation and cannot be removed." Furthermore, when I attempt to delete games in bulk, I get this message: "Remove from Collection. One or more of the items you've selected belong to a compilation and bulk delete is not available when selecting such items." I'm not sure why this is occurring as I didn't add these games as part of a compilation. Is there a solution to this issue? I would be very grateful for any help or suggestions you could provide. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance. |

It would help if you listed what games you're referring to so we could better determine the problem. |

If the site considers a game to be a "compilation", it will add the individual games to your collection (plus the compilation title itself). Games added automatically in this manner cannot be deleted. You need to delete the compilation and it will delete all of its "child" games. |

Thank you for the explanation. How can I identify the parent game that is considered a compilation? And is there a way to filter or distinguish between parent and child games within a compilation on the platform? |

When you're looking at a game in your collection, if it's part of a compilation, you should see the parent title just below the item name in a smaller, gray-ish font. If you prefer to not see the child games at all, there's a filter that you can turn off (Expand Compilations) so they won't show up. There's also a default setting for this option if you really don't want to see them |
