Top 10 Games enjoyed in 2023
Description
My 6th stack entry
Marvel Snap
Normally not a fan of mobile games, but this card game surprised me as I haven't stopped playing for a year and every month clocking in 20 hours avg per season ... it's all about having fun making different types of Decks and getting new variants (card designs) is always fun
Lone Echo
An intense VR game; really good story, leaves you hanging for more (glad there is part 2) and just great gameplay mechanics that doesn't give you motion sickness
Hi-Fi Rush
Top notch game that came outta nowhere; the voice acting, the dialogues, the animation... one of the best 3rd person hack n' slash games that I've played in a while
Mortal Kombat 1
Always loved MK series and this one had awesome story line; don't want to spoil it but its awesome to see why some of the characters turned out to be who they are
Yakuza: Kiwami
I finished part 1, 2 and 3 this year and although i liked all of them, I think Kiwami was just slightly better then the rest... I can't wait to play the rest of the series
Half-Life: Alyx
Never played any HL game before, so I watched a 'recap' and dove into Alyx... the graphics in this game is insane, and love how you can interact with pretty much everythin
Vampire Survivors
The first time I played this game, i was like "yeah right ... this is horrible"... but soon after it became so addicting... endless "just 1 more time" fun
Moss
The concept of story book telling really works well in VR and the world scale sits very well... I really like how platform games in VR work so good
Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0
Only played "DMZ" and with my friends; I have to say initially the game was a LOT of fun ... but overtime the patches broke the enjoyability, however i think it still deserves to be on my top 10
The Adventures of Batman & Robin (GEN/GG)
Can't believe how good this game still looks; it was a lot of fun back in the days and it's crazy for that era to have a flying/batwing mode and how everything had this nice 3D depth to it
