My Top 10 Games Played in 2023
Description
I had a really tough time coming up with a list this year, because it was so close — about half of the list were neck and neck for my #1 spot! My feelings are bound to keep fluctuating, but here's my attempt at a ranking.
Psychonauts 2
Gorgeous and diverse levels, hilarious writing, and a surprisingly deep story. I never knew what to expect next, and had an absolute blast. A++
We Love Katamari Reroll + Royal Reverie
This is a very Electro game. I adore how unabashedly wacky this world is. Also, the King of All Cosmos is one of my favorite video game characters of all time, and getting to learn more about his backstory warmed my heart. ?? (I actually did two playthroughs, plus some change.)

Lil Gator Game
Just about the cutest game I've ever played — I legitimately got misty-eyed at points. The presentation, writing, and gameplay are all very similar to A Short Hike. I wasn't expecting to like it as much as I did, and I can't recommend it highly enough!
