Edit: it looks like there are two different versions of the game. One for the Dread X Collection and another fully realized version. It looks like both can be kept but there should probably be something differentiating them because both game pages look identical besides the image. It looks like 72468 is the standalone version and 65677 is the one included in Dread X Collection.
