I honestly have no idea. I don't follow the series too closely myself, honestly.

Looking into it a bit, I'm going to guess that they're the HD versions. It doesn't look like the regular versions were released on the Switch/PS4/Xbox but the HD versions were. Since this compliation was released on Switch/PS4/Xbox, I'll guess they're HD.

I added Mega Games 6, but I think we'll need to wait for Sonic Origins and Crysis Remastered Trilogy until more information is released about their contents. I know both of them have announced the content they'll include, but Sega has alluded to these being more than just ports and the Crysis games may end up getting "Remastered" SKUs that would warrant separate entries here.

I'm still torn on how to handle the Kunio-kun compilation. We generally don't have two entries for the same game in two different regions, but some of these were modified enough that it might make sense to do so. Then there are some that weren't modified that much, so if we don't load separate entries for those it seems like things can get confusing.
