Back again with some more missing database entries. Had time to add some cover links while I was at it this time around.

Both of the next entries are included in the Ultima VII: Complete Edition available on gog. http://pics.mobygames.com/images/covers/large/1011504712-00.jpg
* Ultima VII: Part 1 The Black Gate and The Forge of Virtue DLC
* Ultima VII: Part 2 The Serpent Isle and The Silver Seed DLC

  • The Ballads of Reemus
  • Battle Group (not 2)
  • Blindside
  • Darkness Within 2: The Dark Lineage
  • Dreamscape
  • Fibrillation
  • Last Half of Darkness: Society of the Serpent Moon

@boffo97 Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn is already in the database actually. Probably didn't turn up when you searched if you used a "2" instead of "II"

@dhobo Ah, my mistake. I thought Shadows of Amn was an expansion pack, and not the main game. GoG just calls the pack of Shadows of Amn and Throne of Bhaal "Baldur's Gate 2 Complete".

OK, I've edited my post. Thanks.

And I might be making the site operator regret inviting me to this thread, but here's some more: ;)

PS3 physical games:

  • All-Pro Football 2K8
  • Band Hero
  • FIFA Soccer 12
  • Madden NFL 25
  • MLB 12: The Show
  • NHL 11
  • Rock Band 3
  • Rock of the Dead
  • The Beatles: Rock Band
  • UFC Undisputed 2010

PS Vita physical games:

  • Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational
  • LittleBigPlanet PS Vita
  • ModNation Racers: Road Trip
  • Persona 4 Golden

Also question: Should we be reporting missing expansions on games? Some games have expansions listed, others do not.

@dhobo and @boffo97 - I think I got all of the requested games loaded, let me know if I missed any! I'm not too familiar with American McGee's Grimm, so if I loaded that one incorrectly, let me know. I added 23 episodes and then one single entry that's a compilation title containing all 23 episodes.

@boffo97 - Regarding missing expansions, feel free to post any of those here. I try to load in expansions, sequels, etc when games are requested, but it depends on how much time I have :P

I'm glad you guys found some GOG games that were missing, I've actually been going through their catalog and adding missing games, so this will save me some time later :D

  • H&M Fashion Stuff
  • Teen Style Stuff
  • Kitchen & Bath Interior Design Stuff
  • IKEA Home Stuff
  • Mansion & Garden Stuff
  • The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection (recently given out for free on Origin)

The Sims 3:

  • World Adventures

Thanks for all your hard work! I've only got one more batch to add, but it will be the biggest... all my stuff from Playstation Network including all the stuff I've gotten off of Playstation Plus. :)

@moho_00 Thanks for adding those! I think the way you added Grimm to the database is probably the best way. While I bought all 23 episodes at once from gog on the cheap, other places sell it either per episode or per season. This way you cover all bases, I think.

On a small note, the PlayStation Network (PSN) needs to be added as a (the) digital option for PlayStation Vita.

Thanks for all the hard work. I've tried other game cataloging sites before, and then found out there were just those last little few games that weren't in their system and getting them added was a pain.

@boffo97 - I've loaded in roughly half of the list so far, should be able to get the rest in the next day or two. I'm torn on having the various pinball tables as separate entries. On the one hand, it provides better granularity into which tables you've "finished", but they're also sort of DLC, which is something the site doesn't really handle yet. I think ultimately it'd be great to have them as separate entries, but since I haven't laid down (or even thought about) the infrastructure for DLC, I'm hesitant to add them. If you (or anyone else) would prefer to have the individual entries though, I think we can make an exception in this case since they're in a gray area anyways.

I also added PSN as a digital provider for PSP.

@moho_00 - I really don't have a preference about it per se... I was just wondering since I plan on entering in the "DLC" for Steam's "SEGA Genesis & Mega Drive Classics" since all of those games should already have their own entry, and as far as Steam's concerned, they're pretty similar to the pinball tables.

What is everyone's thoughts on HD versions of games, specifically those that come in packages like this: http://amzn.com/B002NN7AKU

I've generally not created a separate "HD" entry for games like in the above collection, but I have created new entries for things like the Resident Evil remake on GameCube, the new Grim Fandango remaster, etc. If it significantly alters the game (either gameplay or graphics), I've created new entries. With the above God of War collection, it was basically just a minor graphical enhancement + trophy support.

I'm not opposed to loading in the HD versions (I know the various Hitman games were in a recent post), but really just looking for input from the community on this. The only downside I can see is that stats won't be aggregated across all versions, at least not without me putting something on the back-end to support it.

I'd be fine with either having HD versions separate or just having people register them as the regular edition, so long as it's consistent either way.

I honestly think the only way I'd say add an HD entry for a game is if the game literally has the HD in the name. Otherwise, I'm fine with not having two entries for the same game.

There's an Edition field for a reason, and something like the GoW "HD" collection example is a perfect example of when to use it. Same goes for GotY, Ultimate, Gold, etc... editions of games. No need to clutter up the database with that stuff.
